I’m a junior at Washington University in St. Louis majoring in Psychology and minoring in Marketing.

I’m passionate about wellness, media, and education and I thoroughly enjoy researching, reading, writing, and the creative process. My goal is to use my education, experience, and passion to make media (videos, podcasts, articles, etc.) that inspire and help people become their best selves and enjoy the process.
